Former financial advisor in Raleigh guilty of fraud, again – could get 52 years

A Raleigh man has been found guilty of charges tied to a scheme prosecutors say “preyed upon the most vulnerable in our society.” It's the second time in less than two years he's been convicted on fraud charges.
