Former IBM CEO Ginni Rometty joins Cargill’s board of directors


Former IBM chairman, president and CEO Virginia (Ginni) Rometty has been elected to the board of directors at privately held global food corporation Cargill.

Dave MacLennan, chair of Minneapolis-based Cargill's board and CEO, called Rometty “a steadfast advocate” for advancing diversity in the workplace and a leading voice on technology ethics, business transformation and the workplace of the future.
