Former IMA Wealth vice president counters lawsuit allegations, seeks jurisdiction change


IMA Financial Group and IMA Wealth are the plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed last month against Sean Spencer and Access Capital LLC. The civil action alleges Spencer formed a directly competing wealth management entity while he worked for IMA and violated agreements with the firm.
