Former Silicon Valley Bank executive pleads guilty to falsifying letters of support


Mounir Gad, the former vice president of Silicon Valley Bank, was sentenced to 15 months in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to a charge of falsifying letters of support, in exchange for less jail time, according to federal prosecutors.
