Founder of Lumber Liquidators buys Leiper’s Fork estate


The founder of the Lumber Liquidators flooring chain has paid $3.1 million for a Williamson County estate — roughly an hour's drive to the headquarters of one of his present-day businesses.

Tom Sullivan now owns a nearly 130-acre property in Leiper's Fork, according to public records.
