Foundry Commercial’s industrial project in Huntersville gets planning board’s recommendation for approval


Foundry Commercial is seeking to rezone an approximately 60-acre site on Everette Keith Road in Huntersville to allow for the development of up to 750,000 square feet of industrial space.
