Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics investing $21M for new Madison stem cell facility


Madison stem cell company Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics Inc. (FCDI) announced it will invest $21 million to build a new facility that's expected to be operational by March 2020.

Located at 465 Science Drive across from the company's headquarters in Madison, the new facility will be 31,500 square feet. The company has not said how many employees will work in the facility, but has plans to increase staffing based on progression of its regenerative medicine therapies and contract business.
