Gap Inc. store closures likely to include Banana Republic at Birkdale Village in Huntersville

Birkdale Village owner North American Properties confirmed Banana Republic will likely close next year when its lease expires. It is negotiating with a tenant to take that roughly 8,200-square-foot space.
