General Mills backs grocery supplier Grubmarket in $120M funding round


General Mills Inc. is among the newest backers of Grubmarket, a San Francisco-based startup that runs an e-commerce program connecting farmers with customers.

Bloomberg has a report on the just-completed $120 million funding round for Grubmarket, which said the deal gives it a $2 billion market capitalization.
