Texas residential developer Green Brick Partners Inc. plans to build a 916-unit housing development in Peachtree Corners, on the sprawling former headquarters campus of financial services company Fiserv.
Green Brick (Nasdaq: GRBK) subsidiary The Providence Group of Georgia purchased the 115-acre property on East Jones Bridge Road at Peachtree Parkway. The former Fiserv campus is just over a mile from the new Peachtree Corners Town Center.
