Lincoln Property Co. eyes SoBro tower project with apartments, retail


A Dallas-based company has revealed plans for its SoBro property.

Lincoln Property Co. is planning a two-tower development with 818 apartment units and around 19,500 square feet of retail at 810 Lea Ave., according to the Nashville Post, citing a Metro Development and Housing Agency document.

In addition to a 37-story tower and 32-story tower, the development would feature an interior plaza and 874-space parking garage, the Post reports.
