As Golden Shore Medical Group plans to close all of its business operations, WellSpace Health has offered to purchase all three of the group’s Sacramento locations.
Pasadena-based Golden Shore Medical sent notice to its employees and state agencies on Dec. 28 that it will shutter all 15 of its offices by the end of January. The closure would affect 77 employees in the Sacramento region and a total of 266 employees across the state.
