Grove at Shoal Creek project clears major hurdle; developer plans to showcase homes

Developers of the Grove at Shoal Creek mixed-use project were frustrated with delays. They got the approval they had been awaiting for during a rather unceremonious vote of Austin's Zoning and Platting Commission.
