H-E-B working on plans for a second Frisco store — this time near Little Elm

H-E-B already owns the land and has been granted a 30-day extension by Frisco’s planning and zoning staff to submit its preliminary plans for a new store at the southwest corner of US 380 and FM 423, which borders Little Elm.
