Popular Kakaako eatery Hank’s Haute Dogs is up for sale, with a listing price of $300,000, according to a filing posted on commercial real estate website LoopNet.
But owner Henry “Hank” Adaniya clarified that he’s “just testing the market” and is looking for a buyer who wants to retain the property as Hank’s Haute Dogs.
“I just threw a line in the water and we’ll see what happens,” Adaniya told PBN. “Ideally, it wouldn’t be a full sale — I’d want to partner with somebody.
