Zippy’s purchases land to build its first Las Vegas restaurant


One year after announcing plans to open a location in Las Vegas, Zippy’s Restaurants revealed Friday that it has purchased a vacant lot in Southwest Las Vegas at the corner of Badura Avenue and Montessouri Street.

The company plans to build a 7,000-square-foot restaurant, which will include take-out and a retail bakery, as well as a 12,000-square-foot kitchen and bakery that’s designed to support future growth in the area.
