Head of French real estate company sells Miami Beach mansion for $8.5M (Photos)


A company headed by French commercial real estate executive Philippe Ginestet sold a new mansion along Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach for $8.5 million.

Shore Property, managed by Ginestet, sold the 8,083-square-foot home at 1070 S. Shore Drive to South Drive Property Trust. It’s not clear who owns the trust. The seller was represented by Florian Jouin of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
