Healthiest Employers: Dayton’s YMCA health screens 99 percent of workforce

Full- and part-time employees of the nonprofit YMCA of Greater Dayton are eligible for wellness incentives. They must complete at least seven of 14 objectives, said Ali Schulze, director of Healthy Living.

The incentive includes a “wellness day” for full-time workers, and entry into a raffle for part-time employees.
