San Antonio-based HEB Grocery Co. is the latest company to deliver alcohol in Austin.
As of June 29, HEB now offers beer and wine delivery in Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi and San Antonio through the smartphone app Favor, according to an announcement. The service eventually will be available in more than 30 cities across Texas.
Selections will vary by city, but local selections will include craft brewers such as Austin Beerworks, Big Bend Brewing Co. and wines from the Texas Hill Country..
