Hempel Real Estate buys Shops at West End in St. Louis Park for almost $65 million


St. Louis Park's Shops at West End retail center has sold for nearly $65 million.

Eden Prairie-based firm Hempel Real Estate acquired the 382,000-square-foot shopping center from The Necessity Retail REIT (NASDAQ:RTL), headquartered in New York, in a Dec. 21 deal.
