Here’s how much Chick-fil-A paid for land near Ponce City Market


Chick-fil-A recently bought a Ponce de Leon Avenue property where it will plant a restaurant near Ponce City Market and the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside Trail.

Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A Inc. bought the property at 777 Ponce de Leon Ave. from Vento Management Corp. for $6.7 million on March 31, according to Fulton County property deeds. Chick-fil-A intends to open a restaurant at the site this year, replacing long-serving sports bar Dugan's.
