Denver's proximity to nature has helped it reach a solid standing of a new survey that gauges how well millennials perceive certain cities.
Denver-based The Langston Co., in its "U.S. Cities Scorecard for Millennials," rated cities on more than 40 categories, including culture, career, climate commute, taxes, transportation and salaries.
Denver ranked No. 1 for "access to nature," according to the survey. However, it did not land top 3 status in any other critical categories.
