Nashville’s largest office landlord has announced partners for its long-awaited mixed-use project south of the city.
The local office of Highwoods Properties Inc. (NYSE: HIW) is teaming with Toro Development Co. and Ignite Realty Partners to build Ovation, a proposed 145-acre development in Franklin, according to a news release.
