Holy Names University puts 60-acre Oakland campus up for sale


Both the university and elected leaders in Oakland have said they'd like to see the campus, which could be redeveloped into housing, absorbed by another educational institution. But the high cost of deferred maintenance could deter those kinds of buyers.
