Home inventory ticked up slightly in April – and so did prices


The beginning of spring brought more homes on the market in Columbus, as well as higher prices.

Columbus Realtors said in a new report that the number of homes and condos listed for sale in the market bumped up 9.1 percent in April compared to the month before, totaling 3,698. That represents 3.6 percent over April 2017.

There also were 2,590 closed sales in April, 8.8 percent more than March and 2.3 percent more than in April 2017.
