Hopkins’ Big 10 restaurant will close, reopen as Thirty Bales


Big 10 Restaurant & Bar, which closed its decades-old spot Dinkytown in 2016, will shutter its remaining location in downtown Hopkins next month to make way for a new restaurant.

Big 10 will close May 13 and will be remodeled into a new restaurant called Thirty Bales, set to open in late June.
