Hotel San Carlos in downtown Phoenix set for $80 million renovation project


The new owner of the nearly 100-year-old building has been planning for two years to reposition it into a successful hotel that can compete with other properties in the market, including adding another 13 rooms. Here is the proposed construction timeline, according to city of Phoenix documents.
