Houston-based team known for residential farming business to build master-planned community in Fort Bend County


Scott Snodgrass and Clayton Garrett are also the owners of Agmenity, which develops and manages agricultural amenities inside residential communities. Their first master-planned community, Indigo, will be built on 235 acres between the cities of Richmond and Sugar Land in Fort Bend County.
