Houston billionaire’s restaurant co. closes on Del Frisco’s acquisition


Sister steakhouse chains Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse and Del Frisco’s Grille are now part of Tilman Fertitta's restaurant empire.

The Houston billionaire announced Nov. 4 that Landry's Inc. closed on the purchase, which had been originally announced in September. Landry's bought the chains from private equity firm L Catterton for an undisclosed price.
