Two Houston-based developers recently broke ground on new industrial projects within a few miles of George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Clay Development & Construction Inc. is building Kennedy Greens Distribution Center I on John F. Kennedy Boulevard at Lauder Road, about 2 miles south of Beltway 8, according to an April 19 press release. The spec project is expected to target e-commerce retailers, logistics and oil field services companies.
