For immigration rates, Houston ranked behind Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue at No. 6, Washington Arlington-Alexandria at No. 5, Boston-Cambridge-Newton at No. 4, San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara at No. 3, Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford at No. 2 and Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach at No. 1.
