How Portland’s 2022 Waterfront Blues Festival is putting music fans first


Downtown Portland's ongoing and gradual return to normal will get a big boost in the next two weeks.

The Waterfront Blues Festival makes its return to Tom McCall Waterfront Park for the first time since 2019. With an array of acts and ancillary attractions, the event figures to sate music fans' desire for entertainment and, provided they do so safely, interactions with like-minded devotees.
