In biggest deal since IPO, SolarWinds to drop $350M on Samanage


SolarWinds Corp. is no stranger to big deals.

The Austin-based publicly traded IT services company has gone through initial public offerings, buyouts and has acquired more than a dozen companies.

It made one of its largest deals yet April 11. It announced it is acquiring an IT service desk solution company based in the Raleigh, North Carolina called Samanage for $350 million. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
