Invesco purchases Jacksonville warehouses for nearly $130 million


Invesco Investment Services, which has offices in Kansas City, has purchased three warehouses in Jacksonville for a total of $129.3 million, according to deeds recorded Wednesday.

Among the purchases was a roughly 585,000-square-foot warehouse used by Dr. Pepper and Snapple at 2300 Pickettville Road, which Invesco bought for $50.4 million. The warehouse was built in 2009, according to property records.
