Single-family home leasing giant Invitation Homes has put leaders in place for a newly created build-to-rent team as the company positions to cash in on demand for the hot product type.
Dallas-based Invitation Homes appointed Alicia MacPhee to the newly created position of senior vice president of BTR Asset Management. MacPhee has been with the company for 11 years and will lead the organization’s build-to-rent growth and operations.
