Irishtown Bend stabilization work set to begin after 2-year delay in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood

Goettle Inc, which specializes in marine construction and creating earth retention systems, has been awarded $60 million to begin stabilizing the hillside and replacing thousands of bulkheads along the Cuyahoga River.
