J.M. Smucker closes on acquisition of Hostess Brands


Hostess and J.M. Smucker conclude their $5.6 billion deal, sending Hostess' well-known brands and 3,000 employees to Smucker. It's a long way from a second bankruptcy filing by Hostess' then-owner in 2012.
