Jacksonville Housing Authority to start $31.5 million project in Jax Beach


The Jacksonville Housing Authority board unanimously approved the $30 million redevelopment of its affordable housing complex in Jacksonville Beach.

The project, The Waves at Jacksonville Beach, will require the demolition of the existing structures at 123 8th Street South and construction of 127 units. JHA is partnering with TVC Development Inc., a subsidiary of The Vestcor Companies.
