Japanese crepe popup Ichigo Tokyo Crepes going brick-and-mortar in November


Mia Oi has landed a permanent location for Tokyo Ichigo Crepes, her itinerant Japanese-style crepe restaurant.

Oi’s sweet and savory crepes previously had been available only at popups, but she recently signed a lease for the West 34th Street and Nicollet Avenue storefront previously occupied by Fish Bowl Poké. She launched Tokyo Ichigo Crepes in December with events at Corner Coffee Camden in North Minneapolis, and more recently she’s been appearing weekends at St. Paul’s Keg and Case West…
