Jax home sales prices are up in increasingly competitive market


The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors sold 2.4 percent fewer homes in April than they did over the same time last year, according to NEFAR data released Monday. However, the median sales price, which was $218,500, saw a 9.3 percent spike.

The average sales price was also up 9.9 percent compared to last year.
