JPMorgan Chase exec points to upbeat outlook for Chicago-area businesses amid challenges


Record-high inflation, rising interest rates, ongoing supply chain issues and labor shortages continue to mark the nation’s economy with uncertainty. Despite the turbulence however, business leaders view their own operations through a more upbeat lens.

JPMorgan Chase’s 2022 Business Leaders Outlook Pulse survey found that while just one in five (19%) business leaders are optimistic about the national economy, the majority (71%) of respondents are optimistic about their own company’s performance.…
