JPMorgan Chase to close downtown Houston branch


The New York-based JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) bank branch inside of its namesake tower in downtown Houston will close and consolidate into another downtown branch in mid-December.

The JPMorgan Chase Tower branch at 600 Travis St. is one of five currently in the downtown area, and houses over $225 million in deposits.
