Kashkari says Federal Reserve aims for soft landing but ‘committed’ to tame inflation


Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari said Wednesday that the Fed is sticking with its plans to rein in inflation, calling the idea of a pivot to easing up on rate hikes "entirely premature."
