Reserved housing in Ward Village helps generations of kamaʻāina families buy homes in Honolulu


Ward Village announced sales this spring for Ulana Ward Village — its new residence consisting entirely of reserved homes for kamaʻāina buyers —and within two months of the sales’ launch, more than 600 local families had contracted to buy their very first homes.
