Katy Perry-backed non-alcoholic aperitifs get $4 million in funding


A line of non-alcoholic aperitifs founded by singer Katy Perry and gin distiller Morgan McLachlan has secured $4M in seed funding with participation from leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

The round was led by Willow Growth and will be used to expand the brand nationwide.

The De Soi brand sparkling beverages, meant to be consumed before a meal to stimulate the appetite, contain natural adaptogens and no refined sugar.
