Kerrville, Lennar strike tax incentive agreement for hundreds of Hill Country homes


For years, the Hill Country city of Kerrville has been negotiating terms with Miami-based homebuilder Lennar for an agreement governing incentives for a development called "Windridge," which is set to deliver about 500 new homes in the area. During a Nov. 14 City Council meeting, the project moved one step closer to becoming a reality.
