Kiewit sells Lenexa campus to new joint venture for nearly $200M in sale-leaseback

Kiewit Corp. earlier this summer sold its Lenexa campus to an out-of-town joint venture before executing a 20-year lease to retain the 16-acre property as a hub for more than 1,500 area employees.
