Kindeva, former 3M drug-delivery business, merging with Meridian Medical


Kindeva Drug Delivery, a Woodbury-based medical manufacturer that was sold by 3M Co. in 2020, is merging with Meridian Medical Technologies, a maker of auto-injector pens and similar devices based in St. Louis.

The two companies, both owned by New York based Altaris Capital Partners, announced the deal on Monday.
