Kris Humphries brings Crisp & Green east with first St. Paul store


The sixth location of Wayzata-based Crisp & Green celebrates its grand opening in Highland Park today.

It’s the first of two upcoming St. Paul stores for the growing fast-casual chain, with a second slated to open on Grand Avenue in November. The Highland Park restaurant, located at 2111 Ford Parkway, is owned and operated by former NBA player Kris Humphries.
