Lakeville Planning Commission OKs plan for 250+ homes


A proposal to bring over 250 residences to Lakeville is moving forward.

The residential development, located west of Interstate 35 and north of 205th Street, is proposed by TEG Land Holdings, an LLC controlled by Golden Valley-based Twin Cities Land Development. The project, which garnered the support of the city’s Planning Commission last week, has plans to build 30 single-family home lots, 99 detached townhomes and 127 attached, row townhome units, in a project that would be called Ritter Meadows.
